During my diploma of Electrical and Electronic Technologies I was employed as a laboratory technician at the college. The Programmable Logic Controler (PLC) class required a 2 digit 8 bit display as part of the teaching resources. My supervisor prototyped an initial design and then tasked me with producing a 'cleaned up' version to be mounted in an enclosure with socket inputs. The following is the finished product.
